It doesn't matter to me if you’re new to the mat or fluent in Down Dog. My classes support your body, your energy, & your headspace with no pressure for perfection or cirque poses (unless you want to try)!
Hey hey! I'm Dana, a Miami Beach based yoga teacher (a Gen-Xer) & I've built this space from my own journey through stress, change & reinvention. I could care less if you are bendy or flexible (I'm not- & I get it...I used to be, but life got lifey & here we are). I want you to just start where you are & find your bliss minute by minute.

I've been teaching wellness & self-care for over 20 years, & have brought that experience to teaching yoga & meditation & other mindful movement practices. I am super passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals. I've dedicated myself to over 1700 hours of training, & continue study to stay on top of trends, & technological advances.

I offer a variety of classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Restorative Yoga, as well as Guided Meditations, Sound Healings, Yoga Nidra, Mat Pilates and private one on one Personal Training including Flexibility, Cardio, Core, Balance, Plyometric and Resistance Trainings. Classes can be designed to suit your needs and preferences.
What kinds of classes do you offer?
The classes offered include yoga, meditation, sound baths, breathwork, mat Pilates and other strength-based mindful movement classes for all levels. Sessions can be one-on-one or in small groups or on demand.
Are there beginner friendly classes?
Yes! Many offerings are designed for beginners, with lots of guidance, options, and support.
Do you teach on line or in person?
Both! I offer virtual sessions worldwide and in-person options locally (depending on availability and location).
What if I have limitations or injuries?
All classes are customizable. I believe in tuning in to the sensations in the body and adjusting as we go. I don’t believe in no pain no gain! Your safety comes first.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfy clothes you can move in, it helps to have your own mat, and bring water. If it’s in person, I’ll let you know if you need anything else. And leave self judgement off the mat!
Do I need any equipment or props?
Not necessarily! I’ll guide you through using what you have at home. For in-person sessions, I bring props when needed. I also have a checklist of props and a link to my must haves on Amazon.
Are there classes just for breath work or meditation?
Yes. You can book private sessions or take on demand classes focused only on meditation, yoga nidra, breathwork, or sound healing, no movement required.
Do you have classes with and without yoga philosophy and chanting?
Yes. I offer both modern, secular sessions and more traditional yoga experiences with Sanskrit, philosophy, or mantra. Your preference leads the way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice for private sessions. Packages and memberships can be canceled anytime.
