Craving something more personal? These 1:1 sessions are built just for you! On-line or if you are in Miami Beach maybe in person? We'll focus on what your body, mind and nervous system need: movement, breath work, mindfulness and space to just be. No pressure to perform, no cookie-cutter routines. This is about feeling stronger, sexier, calmer, and more connected (on your terms). Just you, me and your next step towards feeling effin amazing in your body!
Gentle yoga practices are a great way to wind down at the end of a work day (or any day). You won't see a Sun Salutation here, but you will have some longer holds and maintain a laser focus on your breath, body and mind connection. It's not quite Hatha Yoga, and not quite Restorative Yoga, but you will definitely get that bliss vibe! Props are always a good thing (blocks, bolsters, blankets, wheels, straps, towels-you get the idea and if you need help sorting these out check out the blog on props).
Life gets lifey, and time magically disappears. Try one of the quick Power Yoga Classes. Don't let the timing fool you...you're gonna feel great after the class, and yes there will be time for a Savasana! (also don't be intimidated by "power yoga" they are less flowy, and more focused on building up strength, balance, and getting sweaty!) And props are also a great tool for you during these classes (no matter your experience level).
These short but mighty classes help you improve your flexibility and mobility, so that the body can move easily and freely through out all of the activities of your day and other fitness or movement modalities. And seriously if you sit a lot you for sure need to take one of these classes on the regular! Just a few minutes a day and 20 years from now your future self will be so grateful to you!
These quickies are fan faves! Choose from an always low impact, 15 minute full body class or a specific target area as your focus. Grab your mat, some props (if you'd like or maybe not) and make these shorties a part of your daily life! Your body will love you for it, and so will your yoga practice! These are also a great add on before or after any yoga class! (looking for the right props- check out my blog page for more ideas).
Looking to find your strength in your asanas? These targeted classes are fab for building strength and flexibility in the asanas (or poses) that kick your butt in a traditional yoga class. You won't be getting any meditation or savasana in these conditioning classes. Alignment, yup! Repetition, yup! Breathing, yup! Weights? um yes please! Resistance bands? mkay! You can make it as tough as you need it to be!
