My classes are welcoming, authentic, inclusive, sometimes gritty & designed to meet you exactly where you are. Expect a practice that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and a balanced approach to wellness that doesn’t require a guru or a perfect handstand. My focus? Helping you build strength, increase flexibility, & reconnect with your body and mind without the pressure of perfection. Before teaching yoga & wellness, I lived in the fast-paced corporate world as a regional training & development executive. My life was long hours, brutal commutes and travel and existing in a work environment filled with stress and fear. As you could imagine, that relentless pace, & travel took a toll on my body & mind, sparking a search for something that could bring me some kind of freaking balance & peace. That’s when I found my way back to yoga and meditation. I started as a way to decompress after work (so I wouldn't lose my shit and tell people where they could shove their fear mongering leadership). And it quickly became the thing that transformed how I live, move, & show up in the world.

I dove in deep. I committed to extensive training so I could deepen my own practice & guide others with integrity, care and authenticity. I studied various yoga disciplines (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga), along with meditation & techniques like Yoga Nidra. I picked up some complementary tools along the way too: sound bath healing, Mat Pilates, & yoga therapeutics. I've studied yoga philosophy, anatomy, movement, mindfulness & the emotional layers of wellness to create something that feels real & supportive (not performative or prescriptive).
Today, I teach in a way that's grounded in lived experience: the stress, the hormonal roller coaster, the "is this normal" phases (lol if you know, you know). My approach blends movement with mindfulness, unfiltered humor & compassion to help you feel stronger in more ways than one! Let's GO!
