Looking to find your strength in your asanas? These targeted classes are fab for building strength and flexibility in the asanas (or poses) that kick your butt in a traditional yoga class. You won't be getting any meditation or savasana in these conditioning classes. Alignment, yup! Repetition, yup! Breathing, yup! Weights? um yes please! Resistance bands? mkay! You can make it as tough as you need it to be!
